last clinical, last class

Yesterday was my last clinical day!!! I can't tell you how happy I am to be DONE WITH THAT!!! :-) :-D

I slept 12 hours last night. Okay, I did get up to void, but other than that, I slept and slept and slept.

As my psych teacher said at the party last Friday night, I know need to practice relaxing. I can't remember how that felt, but I'm looking forward to figuring it out.

Oh, I got offered a job for a week as a camp nurse! Too funny. Just one day out and already been offered two jobs!

The other was for the Reston Hospital L&D. I'm considering it. The job itself would not start until after I pass the NCLEX, which I plan to take in October. I need to think about it a bit, but I am inclined to consider it. I also want to look at some other options. Not trying to think about that today.

Tomorrow at 7 AM I have my last class. :-)
I'm suppose to take a computer test after that, just a follow up of the year long tests we have had to take (for graded credit) throughout the year. I don't have any motivation to take the test, but I might make myself go over and take it for the heck of it. Because I'm such a good student. Or something.

Still, it will be nice (and strange) to be done with school tomorrow. I had planned on going to the school placement service to write up a resume and to prepare for the big job hunt, but I'm not motivated now. I need to help N & R with the wedding stuff. That is a HUGE job and I've been avoiding even the thought of it until today. UGH!
